- JB Metropolitan Distributors work on a 24hour delivery turn around in the Sydney Metropolitan area. Shipping in Sydney Metro is $4 exGST
- Any orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm are delivered or shipped next business day.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 3pm or Friday after 1:30pm are delivered or shipped 2nd business day after.
- Any orders placed on Friday before 1:30pm are delivered or shipped Monday.

- Our service levels exceed 99% DIFOT (Delivered in Full and On Time), thus ensuring minimal out of stocks.
- Deliveries to arrive between 7am and 3pm.
- Orders outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area incur a delivery fee based on Postcode and are sent via a freight company.

- No delivery to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers within Sydney Metropolitan.
- No delivery to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers outside Sydney Metropolitan, as all 3rd party couriers require signatures for deliveries.
- Frozen or refrigerated orders are not always delivered next day unless specifically requested. Food standards require a person to receive delivery of frozen or refrigerated goods at all times.

- Pickup available same day in Moorebank Monday-Thursday 9am-2:30pm and Friday 9am-2:30pm
- Returns & Replacements
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- No claims recognised after 24 hours from delivery.
- Cancellations
- Cancelling online orders after picking and packing, will incur a restocking fee.
- Ordering
- All products are sold as “units”. Most “units” have an indication as to how many inners are inside.
- The amount of inners inside are written in brackets indicated along side the name of the product.
- For example “47G MARS BAR (48)” indicates that if you purchase one “unit” you receive a carton of 48 inners.
- Products with "1" in brackets are sold individually.
- Please take note, ordering after office hours may result in some or all of your items being marked out of stock next business day at time of picking.
- All prices shown are excluding GST. GST is applied to applicable items upon cart checkout.
- Levies incurred on products are State based container levies based on container deposit schemes persuant in each state. These levies are shown in the cart fixed on your delivery address and calculated prior to GST.
- Brand new web customers will need to sign for their first delivery, after which arrangements can be made to have orders left without a signature.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Prices will show a live representation of account holder** customer pricing and discounts in the cart.
- Account holders** may submit orders whilst on current contract terms and conditions.
- Non-account holder pricing is present at all times and may submit orders once express payment (credit card/paypal) has been processed.
- Minimum order quantity of $20.
- New customers ordering close to or over $500 on Credit Card will be asked to provide identification that relates to the card used.
- New customers ordering interstate on Credit Card will be asked to provide identification that relates to the card used.
- Viewing Orders
- When orders have been submitted they can be re-accessed once signed in to your account under “account dashboard”.
- These can be reordered the same as previously ordered, or adjusted to suit your next order. Please ensure you click "view cart" to update the pricing on your order.
- Updating Account Information
- Updating your address to a postcode out of our deliverable area of the Sydney Metropolitan area will result in your account incurring a freight fee dependent on your postcode.
- Current business customers looking to change delivery address should notify JB Metro by means of phone, email or comments in your order, as the change of business delivery address online is not reflected in our internal system.
- Images
- Images are received from partner/suppliers and sometimes taken on site and uploaded when available. Changes in packaging occur from time to time and as we try to keep our images current, older images may be used to represent products.
