Since 1983 JB Metropolitan Distributors have been serving the Sydney metropolitan area.

 

Many ideas and schemes that start out in a blokes shed tend to stay there, never seeing the light of day, but in owner Bruce Spiteri's case, his small business Bruces Confectionery has made the transition from the family garage to become Australia's largest independent confectionery, snack food, grocery and beverage distribution company.

 

Now based in the Sydney suburb of Prestons and holding contracts with leading brands including Cadbury, Mars, Nestle, Wrigleys, Lipton Ice Tea, Red Bull and many more, JB Metropolitan Distributors is a very different operation to the 'mum and dad' business that began over 25 years ago.

 

With a dedicated staff of 110, a brand new fully equipped warehouse facility boasting state-of-the-art computer control systems, and a fleet of over 20 trucks and vans monitored using Satellite Navigation systems, the company is in the best position to bring to you a huge variety of confectionery, snack foods, groceries and beverages. Most deliveries are made within 24 hours of the order being taken.
